Arte e Scienza per le malattie rare: il 19 febbraio presso l’ISS convegno e premiazione del contest “RARE REELS”

Il 19 febbraio 2026, presso l’Istituto Superiore di Sanità a Roma, si terrà il convegno “Arte e Scienza per le malattie rare”. L’evento dove arte e scienza si incontrano per parlare di malattie rare con e per i giovani e le associazioni di pazienti.

Durante il convegno si svolgerà anche la premiazione della nuova edizione del contest “RARE REELS: Pegaso goes digital!”, il concorso promosso dall’Istituto Superiore di Sanità, attraverso il Laboratorio di Health Humanities del Centro Nazionale Malattie Rare, UNIAMO Federazione Italiana Malattie Rare, Agenzia Italiana per la Gioventù, EGInA e il network della Creative Skills Week.

Tra i giurati del concorso e partecipanti al convegno anche Cristina Cenci, founder Digital Narrative Medicine.

I vincitori saranno proclamati e premiati nell’ambito delle celebrazioni per il Rare Disease Day, con:

  • un giorno da ricercatore all’Istituto Superiore di Sanità: con visita al Museo ISS e attività per scoprire come promuovere la salute coniugando arti e scienze, quali sono le basi neurobiologiche dello stress, come utilizzare l’intelligenza artificiale per analizzare i dati per la scienza;
  • quattro giorni al Social Hackathon Umbria 2026 (SHU2026) che avrà luogo dal 2 al 5 luglio 2026 in Umbria;
  • un’esperienza culturale (concerti, spettacoli teatrali, eventi) legata al Premio UNIAMO;
  • AIG Special Prize, che regala l’opportunità di partecipare a una iniziativa europea organizzata dall’Agenzia Italiana per la Gioventù;
  • CSW Special Prize, a cura del network della Creative Skills Week, sarà svelato il giorno della premiazione.
